Rights and responsibilities

Your tenancy agreement is a legal document. It sets out:

• what we’re responsible for as your landlord
• your rights as our tenant, and
• what we expect from you.

If we break our side of the agreement, you can take us to court.

If you break your side of the agreement, we may take you to court to take back your home.
