Survey 2022 – Care Support – ‘You like what we are doing’

In 2022, we surveyed our customers and family members/appointees to ask their opinions about the Care & Support we provide.
People were asked to respond too:
| Ability staff help me feel safe in my home | 95.92% said Yes |
| There is some flexibility in the way I receive my support as sometimes I don’t want to stick to a fixed plan | 97.96% said Yes |
| I feel that staff listen to me and I feel comfortable discussing and planning my support with them | 97.96% said Yes |
| If I am not happy I know who to talk to | 95.92% said Yes |
| Staff know what is important to me and how I like to live my life | 97.28% said Yes |
