A Year of Progress and Commitment – Better Together

Ability Housing Association has continued to enhance services for residents and customers over the past year. Despite financial challenges, the organization maintained high-quality housing and care services, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate in care and support.

Key achievements include improved repairs service efficiency, strengthened resident engagement, and the successful implementation of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act. The first Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey recorded a 69.4% overall satisfaction rate, with notable scores in repairs (72.7%) and home safety (77.8%).

Looking ahead, Ability remains committed to providing quality homes, delivering excellent housing management, and supporting independent living. Plans focus on growing services, maintaining financial sustainability, and increasing resident involvement.

CEO Jeff Skipp and Chair Mandy Dunstan expressed gratitude to the dedicated staff and board members, reaffirming their commitment to improving lives and communities.
