Overview

Hamlet Lodge is a supported living accommodation for people with Mental Health issues to live independently in the community.

The building comprises of 9 flats over three floors each containing one bedroom, a separate bathroom , lounge and  kitchen which includes a cooker, hob and fridge/freezer. The building has a lift to all floors.

There is a car park area for 6 cars and a large communal garden at the rear of the property.

The accommodation is within walking distance of the local town and a 15 minute bus route to the nearest town centre of Hayes or Uxbridge .

There are plenty of local shops and amenities and good public transport links.

Staff are on site over a 24-hour period over a 7 day week – with a sleep in provided from 10pm – 7am.

Staff work with customers to provide individually tailored support to the residents.

Hamlet Lodge is a short term service of up to two years, for vulnerable adults with a mental health issue. Staff will support individuals to move on in to the community and where required can be referred to our floating support service .

What we offer

  • Ensure safety and wellbeing by working closely with specialist services to support individuals to work through their recovery.

  • Health, safety and wellbeing

Customer groups

Vulnerable adults with a severe and enduring mental health issue.

Referrals

All referrals come from the local Community Mental Health Team.

All referrals need to be approved and agreed via the Mental Health Panel.

Care Coordinators will send referrals electronically (by email) to the Manager.  Once received the Manager will arrange a full needs assessment.
